CHANGES IN HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS:
As per a conversation with our Blue Cross representative on 12-3-07, I was assured that the new Health Care cards will be mailed out in the 2nd week of December. The transition from Health America should go smoothly.

CHANGES IN PRESCRIPTION DRUG COVERAGE:
The carrier for your prescription drug coverage under the Traditional Plan is “Merck”.
There are some rules that you must be made aware of.
1) If you are on maintenance drugs, after the 3rd prescription, it is mandatory that you go on the mail order plan. Failure to do so will result in being charged full price for your medication.
2) Mandatory generics are used (unless it can be proven you must have brand name).
CHANGES IN VISION COVERAGE:
Our vision provider is changing effective 1-1-2008. It is changing to Davis Vision. The coverage will remain the same. To check for providers go to: www.davisvision.com
